Terms of Use

The WESTCA Hub (“the Hub”) is an internal tool provided by WESTCA for its team members. By signing in, you agree to these terms.

Who may use it

The Hub is for authorized WESTCA staff with a @westcasj.comaccount. Don't share your access or use the Hub on behalf of anyone outside the company.

Acceptable use

• Use the Hub only for legitimate WESTCA business — reading guides, keeping client records, and viewing internal reports.
• The business information in the Hub is confidential to WESTCA. Don't copy, share, or disclose it outside the company.
• Don't attempt to access data or features beyond what your role allows, or disrupt the service.

Your content

Notes and other content you create in the Hub belong to WESTCA. Every save is versioned so earlier work can be recovered.

Availability

The Hub is provided “as is” for internal use and is still actively being developed. Some reports are estimates and are labeled as such; verify anything critical against the source system. We may change or pause features as the tool evolves.
