Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

The WESTCA Hub (“the Hub”) is an internal business tool operated by WESTCA for its own staff. This policy explains what information it handles and why.

Who can use the Hub

Access is restricted to WESTCA team members with a company @westcasj.com email address. The Hub is not open to the public or to clients.

Information we collect

  • Your account details. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name and @westcasj.com email address to create your Hub profile. During onboarding we ask you to confirm your first and last name.
  • How you use the Hub. Basic activity such as which notes and records you create or edit, so the tool can show authorship and history.
  • Business data shown in reports.Admin dashboards display sales, membership, and scheduling information pulled from WESTCA's own Mindbody and GoHighLevel accounts. This is company business data, shown only to admin users.

How we use it

Solely to operate the Hub for WESTCA staff: signing you in, personalizing guides, keeping client records, and presenting internal business reports. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

How it's stored and shared

Account and content data is stored in our Supabase database. Business reporting data remains in WESTCA's Mindbody and GoHighLevel accounts and is read on demand. We share information only with the service providers that run the Hub (Google for sign-in, Supabase for data storage, Vercel for hosting) and never with third parties for their own purposes.

Your access

You can update your name from your profile at any time. To have your Hub account removed, contact the hub administrator.
